ticketWP provides digital products and professional services, including but not limited to website development, software licensing, hosting, integrations, configuration, design work, consulting, and ongoing technical services.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits under any circumstances.

Why Refunds Are Not Offered

•  All products delivered by ticketWP are digital, non-tangible, and immediately accessible
•  Services begin upon purchase or onboarding, including planning, configuration, development, and resource allocation
•  Software licenses, access credentials, and hosted environments cannot be revoked once provisioned
•  Labor, time, and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately and are non-recoverable

For these reasons, refunds are not possible once an order is placed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with ticketWP, you acknowledge and agree that:

•  You are purchasing digital products and/or services
•  You understand that no refunds or charge reversals will be issued
•  You agree to contact ticketWP directly with any questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, ticketWP will provide documentation including:

•  Proof of service delivery
•  Access logs and provisioning records
•  Written policy acceptance at time of purchase
•  Communication history and onboarding activity

•  Working with clients in good faith to address questions or technical issues
