ticketWP Proprietary License Agreement

Version 1.0 — Applies to ALL ticketWP Products and Services

This license agreement (“Agreement”) applies to ALL software, plugins, services, APIs, and related systems created, owned, or operated by ticketWP, including but not limited to:

• ticketWP VictoryLive (formerly ticketWP TicketEvolution)
• ticketWP Automatiq
• ticketWP TicketNetwork
• ticketWP Pro Suite
• ticketWP Search Widgets
• ticketWP Elementor Widgets
• ticketWP Elementor Link Widget
• ticketWP Smart Currency
• ticketWP GeoIP Service
• ticketWP Sync
• ticketWP Admin Tools
• All future ticketWP software, plugins, services, and systems

By installing, activating, accessing, or using any ticketWP product or service, the user (“Licensee”) agrees to all terms below.

1. License Type

All ticketWP products are licensed as: Proprietary – All Rights Reserved. No rights of ownership are granted to the Licensee.

2. Usage Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share any ticketWP product
• Modify, alter, reverse engineer, decrypt, decode, or attempt to access source code
• Attempt to bypass encryption, licensing, API validation, or security protections
• Use any ticketWP plugin or service without an active paid subscription
• Host ticketWP plugins on servers not approved by ticketWP (unless explicitly permitted)

Any attempt to access or tamper with encrypted files is a violation.

Penalty:
$100,000 (USD) per incident + all legal fees + all court costs + immediate termination of service.

3. Hosting Requirements

Certain ticketWP products require hosting on the ticketWP infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Encrypted plugin files
• ticketWP Admin Tools
• ticketWP Pro Suite backend systems
• ticketWP Sync services
• ticketWP APIs
• ticketWP GeoIP Service

Backups are allowed, but encrypted files will remain bound to ticketWP servers and cannot run independently.

4. Monthly Subscription Fees

All ticketWP products require an active paid subscription. Failure to maintain payment will result in:

• Suspension of API access
• Plugin deactivation
• Termination of license rights

5. API Services (Including GeoIP)

The ticketWP GeoIP Service is governed by this Agreement even when used outside the ticketWP ecosystem.

API access requires:

• Valid API keys
• An active paid plan
• Compliance with rate limits and usage rules

ticketWP may revoke access for abuse, security risks, or violations.

6. Ownership

All software, code, documentation, APIs, encryption, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of ticketWP.

This is a license to use, not a license to own.

7. Support & Documentation

Documentation for ticketWP products is available at:

• ticketWP TicketNetwork
• ticketWP Pro Suite
• ticketWP Search Widgets
• ticketWP Elementor Widgets
• ticketWP Elementor Link Widget
• ticketWP Smart Currency

8. WordPress Dependency

All ticketWP plugins require:

• A valid WordPress installation
• Supported PHP versions
• Proper server configuration

ticketWP is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported environments.

9. Termination

ticketWP may suspend or terminate access for:

• Payment failure
• License violations
• Security breaches
• Unauthorized distribution
• Attempted decryption or reverse engineering

Upon termination, ALL rights to use ticketWP software immediately end.

10. Legal Enforcement

Licensee agrees to pay all legal fees and court costs for any enforcement action. Violations involving encryption, redistribution, or tampering incur:

$100,000 USD per violation + all legal fees + all court costs.
