The Fine Print

1. Price Match Guarantee Terms

ticketWP offers a competitive pricing match for customers switching from another ticketing platform. The following terms and conditions apply to all price match requests:

1.1 Minimum Monthly Rate

ticketWP will match the competitor’s price subject to a minimum monthly rate of $200 per plugin license. Regardless of your current provider’s pricing, we will not offer a price below this amount.

1.2 Rate Lock

If approved, your matched pricing will be locked in for twelve (12) months. After the initial term, your monthly rate will automatically adjust to the then-current standard pricing associated with your subscription plan, which varies based on whether your website is self-hosted or hosted by ticketWP.

1.3 Required Documentation

To be eligible for a price match, you must submit proof of your current subscription and pricing with your existing provider. This includes invoice receipts from the last three (3) consecutive months that clearly reflect:

  • Monthly service fees
  • The name of the provider
  • All services included in your plan

ticketWP reserves the right to verify all information submitted. If it is determined that invoices were falsified, features were intentionally omitted, or pricing was otherwise misrepresented to obtain a lower rate, your matched rate will be revoked. In such cases, your monthly fee will be immediately updated to reflect the correct pricing tier based on the actual services provided by ticketWP.

2. Platform & Ownership Policy

ticketWP is built on the WordPress platform. Below are key terms related to ownership and platform usage.

2.1 WordPress Platform

WordPress is a publicly licensed open-source content management system not owned by any single entity. As a Subscriber, your WordPress website is your property and can be managed, moved, or customized as you see fit. ticketWP does not claim ownership of your WordPress site or any content you create or upload.

2.2 ticketWP Plugin & Platform

While your WordPress site is your own, the ticketWP plugin and related platform functionality remain the sole intellectual property of ticketWP. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the ticketWP plugin only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

  • If your subscription is canceled or terminated, all ticket listing pages and ticketWP platform functionality will be immediately disabled.
  • Your WordPress website will continue functioning without access to the ticketWP plugin features.
  • If you are hosted by ticketWP, you must migrate your WordPress website to your own hosting environment upon cancellation. ticketWP does not provide ongoing access to hosted services following the termination of a license agreement.
